License Overview
You May:
- Use the fonts in personal & commercial projects in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
- Embed the fonts in your websites in webfont format.
- Embed the fonts in software, themes, games etc.
- Use the fonts for broadcasting purposes.
- Use and share the fonts within a company.
You May Not:
- Redistribute or resell the fonts in any way, with or without modifications.
- Use the fonts on Print-on-demand or Create-on-demand services.
- Transfer the license to a third party.
End User License Agreement
By downloading/installing this software by Licensor (Tugcu Design LLC.), the Licensee (You) agree to the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement.
Tugcu Design LLC. perpetually reserves the right to modify or amend this End User License Agreement in any way what-so-ever, at any time and without notice given.
Tugcu Design LLC. confirms that the Font Software is an original design and is not a derivative of an existing typeface to the best of Licensor’s knowledge.
Upon purchase of the Font Software, Tugcu Design LLC. grants Licensee a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Font Software in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
Installation & Users
The Licensee may install and use the Font Software on up to 100 computers provided that all seats belong the same company.
The Font Software may not be used by anyone other than the user/company specified in the Invoice.
Rights Granted
The Licensee may
- Use the Font Software to create and distribute graphics for both personal and commercial purposes. This includes but is not limited to: Logos, signage, invitations, business cards, branding, marketing materials, social media graphics, packaging design, presentations, apparel, books, album covers, stationary, website graphics, banners, posters, printed reproductions.
- Use the Font Software as a webfont in .woff format on websites for unlimited views.
- Embed the Font Software in PDF, PowerPoint, Word files and a single application.
- Use the Font Software for broadcasting purposes with unlimited views for a single title.
- Use the Font Software to create commercial letterform products such as stamps, die-cut products, stencil products.
Restrictions
The Licensee may not:
- Resell, redistribute, lease or sublicense the Font Software as is or in any derivative form.
- Create any derivative works of the original Font Software or reverse-engineer it.
- Bundle the Font Software with other products and distribute it as a package.
- Use the Font Software on Print-on-Demand or Create-on-Demand websites.
- Claim ownersip of the Font Software.
- Register a trademark for a design made with the Font Software.
- Allow other users to generate designs using the Font Software.
- Use the Font Software in defamatory, fraudulent or illegal materials.
Rights Reserved
The Licensee is granted the license to use the Font Software, not ownership of it. The Font Software is exclusive property of Tugcu Design LLC. This EULA does not grant the Licensee the intellectual property rights of the Font Software. All rights not granted by this license are expressly reserved.
Limitation of Liability
The Product is provided “as is.” Tugcu Design LLC. makes no warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Tugcu Design LLC. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages from loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the product.
Indemnification
Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Tugcu Design LLC. harmless from and against any claims or damage which may result from Licensee’s violation of this License Agreement or violation of third party rights where such violation is due to the modification or misuse of the Font Software.
Termination
Any violation of the terms of this EULA will result in immediate termination of this License. If the license is terminated the Licensee must delete any copies of the Font Software.
Refunds
Digital downloads are not eligible for refunds unless the Font Software is found to have technical issues when inspected by the Licensor upon the Licensee’s request.
